Endoject מבית Medicel מביא עימו בשורה למנתחי DMEK. אם עד כה עשו שימוש באמצעי קטרקט לצורך השתלה, כעת יש בידם מוצר ייעודי, בעל מנגנון הזרקה הידראולי. מחקרים מראים כי מנגנון ההזרקה החדיש שלא עושה שימוש בצינורית זכוכית, מפחית פגיעה תאית (אנדותל).
